Runes are of the Elder Futhark. On the wearer’s right, “Tîwaz,” “Ūruz,” and “Mannaz” are carved to represent a mortal warrior. On the wearer’s left, “Perthro,” “Algiz,” and “Eihwaz” are carved to represent a magic blessing of protection and luck. If you would prefer a custom set of staves, please send me a message with your name, order number, and up to six (6) preferred staves after placing your order. ** This is for “Made-to-Order” masks ONLY. ** Ready to Ship masks will always come with these default six staves. Each stave is hand carved and dedicated.
Dragon masks are cast in resin from an original Dovah Design sculpt, making them a truly unique mask you will find nowhere else. Each mask is hand made using an off-white resin. Mask is then hand carved, painted, distressed, and detailed to appear like weathered bone. Masks are top coated with a matte enamel to help preserve painted details.
Each mask is made by hand in the Dovah Design workshop, and comes with a soft foam nose padding affixed to the inside. Mask sits comfortably on your nose without touching any other part of your face. Secures behind the head with soft brown leather ties. Mask is durable, and safe to wear outdoors, even in inclement weather. Weighs approximately nine (9) ounces.
